通过 App Store 获取 Mbrew 时，应用许可拟采用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（EULA），以 App Store 产品页面实际适用的许可为准。本页提供产品使用说明，不替代 Apple 标准 EULA，也不排除适用法律赋予你的消费者权利。
For App Store distribution, Mbrew is intended to use Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA), subject to the license actually applied on its product page. This page provides product-use information, does not replace Apple’s EULA and does not exclude consumer rights under applicable law.
产品能力与使用责任Product capabilities and responsibilities
Mbrew 用于计划和记录酿造过程。它不会控制加热器、泵或温控设备，也不自动采集传感器数据。估算值、天气和提示仅供辅助；你应核对原料、设备说明、测量结果与当地酿造法律，并自行负责设备操作、卫生和储存条件。
Mbrew supports brewing planning and record keeping. It does not control heaters, pumps or temperature-control equipment or automatically collect sensor readings. Estimates, weather and prompts are aids; verify ingredients, equipment instructions, measurements and local brewing laws. You remain responsible for equipment operation, sanitation and storage conditions.
你的内容与备份Your content and backups
你保留自己输入的配方、记录及其他内容的权利，并应确保有权使用导入内容。请定期导出重要数据并妥善保管备份。Apple iCloud 同步适用于登录同一账户的设备；同步状态可在应用设置中查看。同步数据的删除会传播到同一 iCloud 账户的其他设备。
You retain rights to recipes, records and other content you enter and must be entitled to use imported content. Export important data regularly and keep backups safely. Apple iCloud sync applies to devices signed in to the same account; check status in app Settings. Deletions of synced data propagate to other devices on the same iCloud account.

产品支持由开发者提供。退款与购买争议按 Apple 流程和适用法律处理。本说明不限制不得排除的法定担保、赔偿或其他消费者权利。
The developer provides product support. Refunds and purchase disputes follow Apple procedures and applicable law. These notes do not limit statutory warranties, remedies or other consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
